During that time, she has received numerous beauty questions from her followers. These experiences inspired her to establish a satisfying skincare formula for women. Giann would truly like to solve women’s issues and share her beauty experience through her brand and platform.With her experience and knowledge, she hopes to share her vision of beauty with even more people, and it is why she has started her own beauty business and developed a sophisticated product line.

Trying to Do Everything Myself

Running a small business involves so many different tasks that no one person can do them all well. I used to work alone, but I couldn't do it well. I Learned how to delegate, hire and outsource to make the most of your skills and benefit from outside expertise
