What are some of your biggest achievements throughout your journey?

Starting my own business at age 40; starting my family at age 42

What are 3 business principles that are of core value to you?

Always be willing to say no to work that compromises your personal integrity, Everyone is in Sales, Never underestimate the power of a small, focused team

What is the hardest part of being an entrepreneur?

Empathy from others who often do not understand the nature of an entrepreneur or the entrepreneurial spirit

How do you stand out in this digital world?

Videos! Some tell me it's giving content away but I believe in letting people experience my content and style before they decide to engage my services

What was one of the biggest mistakes that you have made throughout your journey and what lesson did you learn from it?

Hiring for the wrong reasons. While it may seem like a smart move to hire someone for competitive reasons or to hire based on an emotional decision, it backfires in a big way. I learned to trust my team and have everyone weigh in on hiring. It's been so much more effective since implementing that change.

What is your key to success?

I'm not afraid to make mistakes. My failures are First Attempts In Learning. I adapt based on what those mistakes taught me.

What does success mean to you?

Enjoying time with family and enjoying professional freedoms with the team I serve
