What are the key factors that got you to where you are today?

As a war-child refugee, I grew up living in many countries, trying to get used to always being the new or the strange one. After years of struggling and losing my home and everything that mattered to me, I learned that it was in my hands to change for the better and that my future depended on my decision to follow through and carry on.

I am now an independent woman living an extravagant life, and I am proud of my success – as an entrepreneur, a mother and a partner to the beloved man on my side. It does not matter where you come from, how rich your family is or what happens to you; you can have it all.

I am now part of a lovely sisterhood of “women need women”. We support each other, and together we reach much more than we would have alone. All women should know about this communal consciousness and know that there is an amazing community for that type of “sisterly” support; they need to know they are welcome. Class, gratitude, intuition, beauty, finesse. Hot and sweet and successful, fragile and strong at the same time. I consider myself as a protectress of modern feminism.

What is the key thing you want people to know about you?

I did not get any help or support in how to think or act during troubling times. I know how important it is for women to have a strong support system during these moments and times, to have somebody to show the right way. That is my mission; to share this light and hope with other women; to enlighten them about the endless possibilities and encourage them to take more - to take it all! Being a female in a male-dominated industry such as building and construction has been a great teacher!

What three core advice principles do you have for women who want to start their own business

Don’t compare yourself and be too competitive. It only brings you pain and pushes you away from yourself and your real focus.

Listen to and believe in your inner voice and feelings.

Enjoy being a woman and shine with all your female facets - as diamonds do - with your wealth of intuition, emotions, attitude and unique beauty.

How do you overcome rejection?

I just keep going. I don’t really think a lot about the rejection; it’s just a part of the whole process.

How do you stay motivated and what keeps you going?

My vision keeps me tuned - I have the urge to know how much more I am able to do. Also, my mission to help others, to learn, to grow and be a better person.

It shows how different we all are and yet how perfect each of us is as an individual. You should remain unique and not try to change or compare yourself with others.

A business coach identifies your strengths and your weaknesses… and then works on both. He delves deeper into it and helps you discover ways to embrace the positive and work on the negative, taking you to your next level!
